The short version: no account, no name, no e-mail, and no record of the address of any video or picture you save. The rest of this page is the long version.

Kept for 30 days: the visit log
Your browser sends your IP address and its own name with every request. We need both to deliver pages and files, to apply the free limits and to block abuse, and we write each visit to a log:
| Recorded | Example |
|---|---|
| When, and which of our pages | the Eporner page, open for 40 seconds |
| Your IP address and rough place | Cloudflare's guess at country, region and city |
| Browser and device | Chrome on an Android phone |
| Where you came from | a search engine, or no referrer |
| Ads | whether they showed or were blocked |
| What you pasted, in general | "an XGroovy link", plus the size and quality chosen and whether the download worked |
What the log leaves out on purpose: the address of the video or picture, for every download and every link that worked. Only a link we couldn't read is kept as you pasted it, without your IP address and for the same 30 days, so we can teach PornClipDownloader that kind of link.
Kept until dealt with
- Messages you send through the contact or copyright form, so we can act on them and answer.
- Requests for a new site: the site's name and, if you add one, your e-mail address (never your IP). The e-mail is used once, to say the site now works, and then deleted; if the site is never added, it goes after 180 days.
Besides that we keep plain totals, such as page views per country, language or device. Totals don't point to anyone.
Why we keep any of it
To run the tool: to see that downloads work, to find what broke and fix it, and to stop scripts and mass downloading. In legal terms that's our legitimate interest in keeping PornClipDownloader working and safe.
Cookies
Four small cookies make the site work: your "I'm 18 or older" answer, your cookie choice, a key that makes each download link work only in your browser (so other sites can't reuse our links), and, while the robot check is switched on, proof that your browser passed it.
Ad cookies are the advertising partners'. If you're in the EU or EEA, the UK or Switzerland, none are set until you press Accept all; Essential only says no, and you still see ads, just without cookies. Everywhere else they're set when the ads load. Your browser's settings can block or clear cookies whenever you like.
Who else is involved
- Advertising partners, who show the ads and follow their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare, which carries all traffic to this site, supplies the rough location of each request and runs the robot check when it's on.
- Possibly an automated service that screens messages for spam and unsafe content and helps explain failed downloads. It never receives names, e-mail addresses, signatures or IP addresses.
Seeing or deleting your data
Depending on the law where you live, you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it: a message you sent, say, or the log lines for your IP address. Write to [email protected].
Adults only
PornClipDownloader isn't for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly hold data about minors.
