Copyright and DMCA

Nothing is stored on PornClipDownloader. A video or picture travels from the website that publishes it to the visitor who asked for it, and that's all. If one of them is yours and shouldn't be shared, we can block it here so PornClipDownloader won't fetch it for anyone again.

Sending a notice

Fill in the form on this page or write to [email protected]. A notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) needs:

  1. Where it is: the address of each video or picture on the website that publishes it.
  2. What it copies: your work, for example its title, studio and release date.
  3. Who you are: name, postal address, e-mail, phone number, and whether you hold the rights yourself or represent the holder.
  4. Good faith: a sentence saying you sincerely believe neither the rights holder, nor their representative, nor the law allows this use.
  5. Accuracy: a sentence saying the notice is correct and, on penalty of perjury, that you hold the rights or may act for whoever does.
  6. Signature: handwritten or electronic.

After you send it

Every notice is read by a person. If it holds up, the content is blocked on PornClipDownloader for all visitors and we reply to the e-mail address in the notice.

The original stays online until the website that publishes it removes it, so send the same notice there too.

Blocked by mistake?

Write to [email protected] and include:

  1. The addresses that were blocked.
  2. A sentence, on penalty of perjury, saying you sincerely believe they were blocked through a mistake or a mix-up.
  3. Your name, postal address and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district where your address is or, if your address is outside the United States, of any judicial district in which PornClipDownloader may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
  4. Your signature, handwritten or electronic.

Knowingly false notices

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), whoever knowingly misrepresents something in a notice or counter-notice can be made to pay the damages, costs and lawyers' fees it causes.
