How to save videos on Android

Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Copy the address of the page with the video (on a phone: Share, then Copy link) and paste it here.

Works with these sites

This works in any browser on Android: Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox and others. Nothing to install.

1. Copy the video's link

  • In Chrome: open the video, tap the address bar, then the copy icon next to the address. Or use ⋮ → Share → Copy link.
  • In Samsung Internet: tap the menu (☰) → Share → Copy link.
  • In Firefox: tap the address bar, then Copy.
  • In a site's own app: tap Share under the video, then Copy link.

2. Paste it here and pick a size

Come back to PornClipDownloader, press and hold the box at the top of the page, tap Paste, then Find it. Each size button shows how big the file is.

3. Find the file

When the download starts you'll see it in your notifications. When it's done, tap the notification to play it.

Later, you'll find it:

  • in your browser's downloads list (Chrome: ⋮ → Downloads),
  • in the Files app, in the Downloads folder,
  • in Google Photos under Library → Download, or in Samsung's Gallery under Downloads, once the phone has noticed the new file.

If it doesn't download

  • Nothing happens when I tap a size. Your browser may be asking for permission to download: look for a bar at the bottom of the screen.
  • "Download failed" halfway. Tap Retry in the downloads list; it usually picks up where it stopped.
  • The file isn't in my gallery. Open the Files app → Downloads; some gallery apps only show new folders after a while.
  • Storage is full. Pick a smaller size: each button shows the file size.
