On 19 October 2026 the xHamster video we tested came in five sizes: 1080p, 720p, 480p, 240p and 144p. xHamster is one of the few sites that still keeps tiny versions, which is handy when your connection or your storage is very limited.
What you can paste
| Link | What you get |
|---|---|
A video (xhamster.com/videos/…-xh…) |
an MP4 in each size the video has |
| A short | an MP4 |
| A photo gallery | its photos |
| A creator's, pornstar's or channel's page, a category or a search | a list to pick from, up to 48 at a time |
Copy an xHamster link
xHamster's video addresses end with a short code that starts with xh, for example …-xh5UeYf. Copy the whole address.
- On a phone: open the video, use your browser's Share button or ⋮ menu, then Copy link.
- On a computer: copy the address from the address bar.
Paste it in the box above.
Mirrors work too
xHamster runs numbered copies of itself, such as xhamster2.com. A link from one of those works the same as one from xhamster.com.
Why xHamster takes a moment longer
xHamster's pages take more work to read than most, so its size buttons appear a little later: about 2.7 seconds for the video we tested.
When it doesn't work
- The video was removed from xHamster.
- You pasted a list (a creator's page, for example): pick the videos you want from it.
- You've used today's free allowance. Pick a smaller size, or come back later: it refills over 24 hours.
Questions
What is the 144p version for? A very slow connection or almost no storage left. It's small, but very blurry on anything bigger than a small phone.
Can I save a whole photo gallery? Yes. Paste the gallery's address and save its photos.
